By purchasing any product or service from us, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, lead generation, live transfers, appointments, advertising campaigns, CRM access, onboarding, setup work, and digital deliverables, all purchases made through LeadsByBaseflow.com are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Lead purchases

  • Live transfer calls

  • Appointment-setting services

  • Subscription fees

  • Setup fees

  • Advertising management fees

  • CRM or software access fees

  • Marketing services

  • Consulting services

  • Training materials

  • Digital products

  • Campaign deposits

2. No Refunds

Forward Marketing LLC does not provide refunds for:

  • Dissatisfaction with lead quality;

  • Failure to close sales;

  • Missed appointments;

  • No-shows;

  • Incorrect contact information;

  • Carrier underwriting decisions;

  • Advertising performance;

  • User error;

  • Technical issues outside of our control;

  • Failure to follow up with leads;

  • Business performance or ROI.

Marketing results vary and are influenced by many factors outside of our control.

3. Subscription Services

For recurring services or subscriptions:

  • Billing will continue automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle;

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date;

  • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods;

  • Access may continue until the end of the active billing cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend services for failed or declined payments.

4. Cancellation Requests

Clients may request cancellation of future recurring services by contacting us through the Website or designated support channels.

Cancellation requests do not entitle the client to any refund for prior charges or services already rendered.

Any outstanding balances remain due and payable.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services from LeadsByBaseflow.com, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Forward Marketing LLC.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Access to services may be suspended immediately;

  • Outstanding balances may be sent to collections;

  • We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies;

  • Supporting documentation, agreements, call recordings, login records, IP logs, and delivery records may be submitted to dispute the chargeback.

6. Lead Delivery Disclaimer

Leads and appointments are generated using marketing and advertising methods and are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

Forward Marketing LLC does not guarantee:

  • Conversion rates;

  • Policy approvals;

  • Sales;

  • Exclusivity unless expressly stated;

  • Appointment attendance;

  • Profitability;

  • Accuracy of information submitted by prospects.

7. Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by:

  • Third-party platforms;

  • Advertising platform restrictions;

  • Carrier outages;

  • CRM outages;

  • Phone carrier issues;

  • Internet disruptions;

  • Force majeure events;

  • Technical failures beyond our control.

Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

8. Modifications to Policy

Forward Marketing LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any revised Policy.
